Whether or not you've ever listened to or heard HILLSONG UNITED, you should definitely consider checking out this year's HILLSONG UNITED CONFERENCE.  This summer it's only happening at two locations in North America...Toronto (Ontario, CANADA) and Houston (Texas, USA).  All of the details can be found by following the link to the website below:

But a quick run-down about the conference...Brian Houston, Joel Houston, & Phil Dooley from HILLSONG (based in Australia) will be speaking, and the HILLSONG UNITED team will be leading worship (which will be awesome).  The conference in Houston will be taking place on the weekend of August 22-23, and in Toronto August 29-30.

SO...this is the year of the election...at least, if you're living in the States.  Who do you think should be president?

Shane Claiborne (author of "The Irresistible Revolution") has released another book (which he co-wrote with Chris Haw) and is going on tour this year...both the book and the tour are called "Jesus for President."  The aim: to provoke the Christian Political Imagination.
